The first Archive release is:

Mu & Shu Points – (circa 2003)

The more advanced points of the body and their affects.

This video was the first video (or for that matter any medium), that covered the more dangerous points on the human body. Never before were the points of the spine ever taught and it caused great concern, disgust and scathing reprimand from the Kyusho community for releasing this information publicly.

Scandalous!

And less than the DVD… with no shipping and instant access as well.

Go check the free preview in the Archives section at: http://learn.kyusho.com/courses.php

Archives

September 15th, 2011

Coming soon to the site will be archive video that are no longer available in VHS or DVD.

It is important to note that due to these being old and no longer produced, it is because the art has evolved and some old paradigms and or understandings of it have also evolved.

That stated use these as an educational experience to see just how far we have come compared to today.  Also understand as you look at more current offerings, that these to will one day be a look back.

It will also be the only remaining source of these productions.

Kyusho (Vital points)

August 27th, 2011

It has been 9 years of writing articles and developing DVD’s for the public through Budo International, on a very controversial subject…. Kyusho. I must say that Budo International should be not only recognized, but also commended for their open attitude and fearlessness in the effort to bring this information to the public. They unabashedly even tackled the very sensitive topic of intimacy enhancement using Kyusho… while others just laughed and criticized they emerged again as a pioneer in the industry. What was accomplished has become history’s largest and most comprehensive documentation of this almost forgotten knowledge.

Let me start by saying that Kyusho is not a style or even a Martial Art, it is a knowledge and understanding of the human anatomy, physiology and their attributes. Yes we have demonstrated it in Martial Application, but devoid of any particular style (save two videos illustrating how it could be used in Wing Chun). I have ended the public Kyusho series with a small bit of healing in the form of First Aide that we needed to develop as we progressed in the Art. Please understand this series for Budo International was not the complete training process, just a basic understanding of the many facets and possibilities that all can accomplish with this body of knowledge. These basic components are the foundation of a more advanced training process we keep confidential for many reasons.

In the beginning we needed to explain what it really was and an idea of how it worked. We then added many points, how to correctly work with them as well as their affects on live subjects. The next escalation was illustrating more situational and dynamic aspects and how Kyusho could or would apply in various adaptations. Please note however, that nothing in these DVD’s or articles was faked for the camera… all affects were 100% real. Also as amazing as some of it appears, all applications were as light as possible to demonstrate the affects, but without injury or cruelty to the brave men that assisted me on all filming. We did not illustrate the true potentials of this method for the films, where it becomes even more affective and devastating.

For those that have followed along you have witnessed an evolution as well, working from more rustic explanations to a more medically or scientific based model. We have worked with Doctors and Scientists in many areas of expertise through the years. We have performed research in each area in order to bring a more comprehensive information base and greater education. Working with cadavers to find each point in the most realistic model as well as live studies with simple to complex Medical instruments and in Medical Colleges, we refined the teaching paradigm. We have never, nor will we ever be afraid to say we were wrong or to change as long as we can base it on experience and actualization. Using this modern scientific approach indefinitely changed our understanding, but more importantly helped us see clearly how to research and adapt to a greater extent.

So much of this knowledge has been explained, verified and demonstrated in these past 9 years, yet still there are many questions about this topic. Graciously the Editor of Budo has allowed me the time and space to continue the public education through a monthly article devoted to your questions on the subject. As such we request any and all questions on the subject sent in by the readers to be answered fully and bluntly. You may email your questions to Budo International or to me personally at support@kyusho.com (please send your name and Country) and I will write the original question (with first name and country only for your personal privacy).

Any questions are welcome on the points themselves, the way to use them, their affects, how they relate to your style, how to implement them into your teaching methods actually anything. I will answer them as they are received and no subject is taboo.

In the 9 years, we have helped people develop Kyusho in over 30 Countries and currently stand at 252 locations worldwide. This is because we are committed to helping you integrate Kyusho into all Martial Styles as well as health, intimacy, law enforcement and several other paradigms. So write in those questions and we will do our best to help you as well!

So what do you want to know about Kyusho?

Learning Kyusho

February 27th, 2011

There is no teaching, only learning.

What I mean by this is… until you are emotionally prepared to learn, nothing about your cognitive position will change.

This is doubly true when it comes to learning new behaviors, especially when those behaviors are tied to something that is as emotionally charged as your beliefs (in your style of many years as an example).

As you read this, know that you can not expect anyone to change their skill level until able to accept that they are willing to learn a full process instead of compare and pick bits of information here and there.

This I believe is the problem facing many today in Kyusho.   They watch this or that on YouTube, they buy a book from this expert and watch a video of another, while taking a seminar from yet another.   The only way to truly learn is with faith and focus… have faith in one source, then focus on that process.

If you want the skills of one entity, focus on the exact process of that entity.

As someone once said – “We can’t guarantee our success.  All we can do are the right things to deserve it.”

Feel free to comment…
